House Clarke 01 Waterfall Estate, Johannesburg
This high end, 4 bedroom, all en-suite house was designed and built to be sold. It therefore had to be designed to cater to many people’s tastes. I was commissioned to do the design drawings and attain estate and council approval. The on-site management and specifications were done by the client.
The idea was to create intimate spaces within the open plan layout, without restricting the flow. The design maximises the north facing facades, and views over a green belt within the estate.
